Key Passing Celebration at Las Palmas in partnership with Bank of America

Join us for a Key Passing, in partnership with Bank of America, on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Habitat’s newest neighborhood, Las Palmas!
Celebrate alongside families as they sign their mortgages to purchase their homes, get their keys, and officially become homeowners. It is the culmination of months of preparation, partnership and anticipation, and a moment filled with pride, relief and joy.
The celebration will also mark an exciting moment for Habitat Collier as Bank of America joins us to kick off the next chapter of our work. As part of Bank of America’s 2026 Neighborhood Builders® program,  Habitat Collier will receive a $100,000 grant to build on the momentum already underway and create more opportunities for local families to purchase affordable homes.
All are welcome, so please bring a friend or neighbor. Together, we’ll celebrate new homeowners, new beginnings and the growing community taking shape at Las Palmas.
